- Card is for individual use only and is non-transferable. The Cardholder is prohibited from transferring their card to any other person for the purpose of receiving benefit of another customer’s purchases. Only the registered Cardholder may redeem points and value equivalent on credit in the account. Card must be presented at the time of purchase.
- One point is earned for each Egyptian pound spent for services, excluding all treatment and straightening services like (Keratin/Collagen/Botox), where Egyptian pound will be counted as a half point.
- Al Sagheer Loyalty card can only be used in all Hair salons and Spas excluding Al Sagheer Boutiques or the purchase of any retail product.
- Al Sagheer reserves the right to terminate a member’s account and cancel points if Al Sagheer in its sole discretion believes the member is abusing the program, or is misrepresenting any information associated to the program.
- Al Sagheer reserves the right to terminate the program, or to change these Terms and Conditions regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or partially at any time with or without notice.
- By using your card, you agree to bind by the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, all of which terms and conditions are subject to change with Al Sagheer sole discretion, at any time.
- From time-to-time, Al Sagheer will run special promotions just for Loyalty Card holders. You may be automatically entered into these promotions.
- Al Sagheer does charge 50 EGP in case of reissuance of card due to damage or Loss
